Awwzo is a professional pet care brand operated by Faeries Healthcare Services Private Limited, offering dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and related pet care services through physical centers and digital platforms.

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
• You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet you enroll.

• Pets must meet Awwzo's vaccination, health, and behavior requirements.
• You confirm that your pet is free from contagious illnesses at check-in.
• Awwzo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet poses a safety risk to itself, other pets, or staff.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Service details, pricing, and duration are communicated at the time of booking.
• Awwzo may modify services, schedules, or facilities to maintain safety and service quality.

• Payments must be made as per the selected service or subscription.
• Cancellation and refund terms are shared at the time of booking.
• No refunds are provided for early pickups or unused time unless explicitly stated.

In the event of a medical emergency:

• You authorize Awwzo to seek veterinary care if you are unreachable.
• All veterinary and medical expenses will be borne by the pet parent.
• Awwzo will act in good faith and in the best interest of your pet.

• Awwzo may share photos, videos, or live updates of your pet during their stay.
• Media may be used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

While Awwzo follows strict safety protocols:

• Interaction with other pets involves inherent risks.
• Awwzo is not liable for illness, injury, or behavioral changes arising from normal pet interaction, except in cases of proven negligence.

Awwzo may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Continued service poses a safety or operational risk

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
